Premier of my new piece for Clare “you sail to the sky”.

Sarah O’Flynn (flute) and Clare O’Connell (cello) continue their creative collaboration with a mesmerising programme of music for flute and cello inspired by a new commission from Natalie Klouda and interwoven with words from the Nobel prize winning author Annie Ernaux  and short stories by Kate Chopin read by Nada Sharp.

Music to include works by Nico Muhly, Eve Beglarian, Barbara Strozzi, Rory Boyle, Natalie Klouda’s “Untold Stories” for flute and cello and “You Sail to the Sky” a new piece for solo cello by Emily Hall.
